Is there a reception? And until what time can we find someone?
Our reception is active with staff at the desk from 09.00 to 11.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00, but for any particular arrival need beyond the scheduled check-in times (from 16 to 19) you can safely contact us in advance by e-mail.
Is there any parking space available?
For only 10 euros per night, guarantee yourself a stress-free stay thanks to our private parking, overlooking the Residence.
Max 1 car per apartment: for special requests or availability of more parking spaces, contact us directly after booking.
What are the Check in and Check Out hours?
We ask our guests to leave the apartments by 11:00 am, while check-in can be done from 16:00 to 19:00.
For special cases beyond these times, contact us: we will try to meet you within the limits of our possibilities. Furthermore, if you arrive in the morning, or prefer to leave in the evening, we can keep your luggage in our storage room for free.
Moreover, by evaluating the individual case and depending on availability, we could grant Late Check Out with a small surcharge (always ask in advance).
Are pets allowed? On which basis?
Small pets are welcome, up to a maximum of 1 pet per apartment and for the price of € 20 per stay: the service can be purchased directly from our official booking. For special requests or needs, please contact us in advance.
How does the use of the kitchen work?
The price of the apartment includes the use of the kitchen and all its equipment.
At the end of the stay, as regards the cleaning of the kitchen, it is the customer’s responsibility to put the used items in the dishwasher and start it before leaving the apartment. The garbage must be placed in the appropriate containers.
Are you close to the sea? And in the city center? Is it possible to reach the center or Miramare by public transport?
Residence La Torre is located literally a couple of minutes walk from the Pinewood of Barcola, one of the most characteristic points of Trieste, right in front of the sea. Miramare can be visited after a nice walk on the seafront, or reaching it by pedaling comfortably on one of our E-Bikes. Alternatively, the buses of lines 6 and 36 can take you quickly (1 stop) to the junction that leads to Miramare Castle.
The city center is also nearby, in the opposite direction. Through the Porto Vecchio route you can easily reach the Rive and Piazza Unità along the sea directly on the bike, or take the buses in the opposite direction to that of Miramare. Don’t worry: when you are here we will explain everything in detail!
What about the sauna?
The access to the relaxation area, with Finnish sauna, tiepidarium and showers, can be privetely booked through our website or directly at the reception, if available.
The service is available in shifts of 1 hour and 45 minutes, between 14.00-15.45, 16.00-17.45, 18.00-19.45 and 20.00-21.45, at the price of € 40 per shift.
Access to the sauna is prohibited for minors under 16 and unaccompanied minors.
